LATHAM -- C. Warren Scully, 83, of Latham, beloved husband of Arline M. Brady Scully for over 58 years, died Sunday, August 20, 2000 at St. Peter's Hospital. Born and educated in Latham, he was the son of the late Stephen A. and Mary Carter Scully. He was a graduate of Cohoes High School. He was a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army serving from 1941 until 1945 and was the recipient of a Meritorious Award. Warren was a partner with his brother, Steve at the S.A. Scully Meat Market, 23 Scully Avenue in Latham for many years until closing in 1967. He later worked for the New York State Taxation and Finance as a senior clerk for 12 years and retired in 1979.
